Heidi will perform in the Friday night concert and teach workshops on Saturday:

9:00-10:00 am Fingerpicked Dulcimer Duos (in Round Bldg) (Intermediate)

For those who already know how to fingerpick – we’ll create beautiful harmoniesas we fingerpick music arranged for two parts plus an occasional bass part.(Bass dulcimers welcome). Songs will include a Swedish waltz, Hard TimesCome Again No More, and more if time permits.

10:30-11:30 am Writing Your Story into Song (in Country Church) (All Welcome)

Come ready to write – we’ll do at least one writing exercise and discuss how to shape one of your favorite personal stories into a song, with verse, chorus and bridge. We’ll also address how to create a melody, tempo and chord structure that serves the lyrics. Bring a notebook, pen or pencil, an instrument if you wish (or sing a cappella) and let’s help you write a memorable song.

Registration for Harmony Harvest: $20 for participants, and $5.00 for non-participants.
